My Fitness Tracker of Choice

I currently use the Fitbit Inspire 3 for my general health, stress monitoring and heartbeat monitoring. I like that it is slim, not too bulky to sleep with and it holds its battery for nearly a week, thats some long battery life in my book! So none of this frequent charging nonsense.

It may not be the coolest tracking device but I've gotten a lot of use out of it and it has useful health stats. I like the that it helps me stay on track with my fitness goals by keeping track of my health data.

The Fitbit app is really easy to use. You can choose how to view it (some use it primarily as a fitness tracker), but others might use it for health stats and its sleep tracking features.
