Paleo Blueberry Muffins

This recipe is SO easy.

 

These muffins are:
Dairy-Free

Gluten-Free

No Sugar Added

Protein Rich

 

Set your oven to 350 degrees

 

Ingredients:

1 large banana

4 eggs

1 ½ cup blueberries or mixed berries (I used blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

1 tsp baking powder

 

Directions:

1. Mash banana in a large bowl with a fork

2. Whisk in your eggs

3. Add in your berries and baking powder

4. Gently mix together

5. Add to lined muffin tin

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the muffins are set

7. Wait 5-10 minutes for them to cool to set more.

8. ENJOY!

 

This recipe is so easy and delicious! It makes 8-12 muffins depending on the size of the muffins.
