What a year it has been!

I moved, changed jobs, got married…it was a lot. Post-wedding I’ve been enjoying a bit of decadence, and it’s been an important reminder that hormonal balance is about maintenance (not my favorite thing), which is why January is going to be such an important reset. If you haven’t already, head to the @cleanroutine.health Instagram to follow along as I share all that I’ve learned for hormonal balance (starting January 2nd, cuz let’s be honest, Jan 1st doesn’t count).

  5. Low-tox household products

  6. Protein at every meal

  7. Chocolate when you want it

  8. Filtered Water

  9. Sweet Potatoes

  10. Sunshine every day

What’s Out

  1. Synthetic Fragrances

  2. Hyper processed foods

  3. Coffee for breakfast

  4. Lots of canola/seed oils

  5. Snacking on sugar

  6. Doomscrolling

  7. Deprivation

  8. Tap Water

  9. Regular Potatoes

  10. Vitamin D deficiency
