Goodbye 2023, Hello 2024
What a year it has been!
I moved, changed jobs, got married…it was a lot. Post-wedding I’ve been enjoying a bit of decadence, and it’s been an important reminder that hormonal balance is about maintenance (not my favorite thing), which is why January is going to be such an important reset.
